The following shipping terms and conditions apply to purchases on PAPYSTORE only.
- Ninja Van
Our default shipping mode is via Ninja Van's Ninja Pack which is trackable and takes between 3 to 4 working days for delivery. All Ninja Pack packages will be delivered to your door and require a signature upon delivery.
Free shipping for orders over SGD80 (subtotal, excluding shipping costs). For orders below SGD80, we charge a flat shipping rate of SGD5.
- Express Courier
Trackable and reaches you on the same day the package is sent out. Free shipping for orders over SGD180 (subtotal, excluding shipping costs). For orders below SGD180, flat rate of SGD25 applies.
* All orders are dispatched from Singapore. Please enter the billing and shipping address in English to avoid delays with your order.
International shipping charges will be calculated upon checkout and you will be able to see this before processing your order. Shipping charges exclude international taxes (such as value added tax etc.) as set by the destination country, and such taxes and fees are to be borne solely by the customer.
For a limited time only, we are offering a flat rate of SGD35 to ship to Australia, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Brunei. Flat rate shipping is non-trackable and if you wish for your order to be tracked, please select courier or registered airmail.
You may also self-collect at our studio at 705 Sims Drive #05-15. Standard processing timeline of 4 to 6 business days will apply.
Once the order has been processed and is ready for collection, we will send you an email to let you know.
All products will be dispatched from our warehouse within 6 to 10 business days. If you need your items urgently, please let us know so we can try to ship it out as soon as possible.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery within Singapore will take between 1-3 business days*, depending on shipping methods.
For flat rate shipping to Australia, Hong Kong and Malaysia, delivery will take between 6 to 12 business days*.
*Note: Delivery times are only estimates, and services are provided by third parties. This means that we cannot be responsible for delivery times or services once your order is shipped out. Please expect delays during sale and holiday periods (e.g. Christmas). We also cannot be responsible for orders or items that are lost.
At PapyPress, our goal is to expedite your order as quickly as possible; therefore, once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended. You must check all order details carefully before submission. Any request for cancellation or amendment after order confirmation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
